Remove VRN; use ÖBB for IRIS augmentation (maps)
Luckily, ÖBB and IRIS agree on virtually all EVA IDs. In some cases, ÖBB
uses different station names (e.g. 'Fürth in Bayern' rather than 'Fürth(Bay)').
